1. Do you charge for consultations?
A. If there is an interest in purchasing insurance we do not charge. We can prepare reports and risk evaluations for third party purposes. Fees depend on the amount of time spent but are generally $250 per hour.
2. Which Companies do you represent?
A. We are independent so we represent you to the companies not the other way around.
3. How do we contact you to address problems?
A. Call. We would prefer to hear as much about the problem as possible but if time is short email and text will do as well. But our preferred method of communicating with problems is in person.
4. Are you Local?
A. Yes. We have offices in Raleigh, North Carolina, Fort Walton Beach, Florida
